Return Policy:
At Crestview Gifts we do our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, however, we realize that sometimes things happen and a problem comes up with the item you ordered. Rest assured that we want you to be 100% satisfied and will do what we can to take care of any issues. If you receive a defective or damaged item you can certainly return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange using the guidelines below:
Please note that any refunds or exchanges will be made only after we receive the returned item. Also, unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delay in the refund or exchange, partial refund, or refusal of the returned item.
Damages by the shipping carrier:
All items sent to you by us are brand new and in the original packaging as we received them from the manufacturer (exception would be clearance items that could possibly have minor imperfections in the packaging). If the item you received has been damaged and you think it was damaged in transit by the shipping carrier (ie: severe damage to the shipping container, etc.) please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. Contact us using the steps outlined in the Return Policy section shown above and also provide details of the damage to the item and to the shipping box.
Non-delivery by the shipping carrier:
You will be provided a tracking number for your package as soon as we ship your order. If you do not receive the package within a reasonable amount of time after the tracking shows it should be delivered, please contact us using the steps outlined in the Return Policy section shown above.
